A studio built on exploration.
Founded in Mumbai in 2012, Clay Explore brings together contemporary ceramic art, design and craft experimentation. Our practice moves between functional objects and expressive forms, with an enduring interest in texture, line and the possibilities of the ceramic surface.
The founder’s journey began with a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Sir J. J. School of Art, followed by a Master of Arts in Ancient Indian Culture at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. This meeting of studio practice and cultural study continues to inform the work.
Through bespoke collections and independent artworks, the studio explores how ceramics can inhabit personal spaces and become part of everyday experience.
